I'm Lucy, and I help parents of babies, toddlers, and young children create healthier, more peaceful sleep routines with gentle, personalized guidance.

I know how precious these early years are. I also know how challenging they can be when nobody in the family is getting enough sleep.

    Hi, I'm Lucy Noginsky,

    CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC SLEEP CONSULTANT

    My Story

It all started with my grandson.

When I became a grandmother, I found myself completely fascinated by the little world of childhood—especially sleep.

My grandson was a wonderful sleeper, and I saw firsthand how much good sleep could change a child's mood, energy, and happiness—and how much easier and more enjoyable family life became when everyone was rested.

I became curious about why some children sleep so easily while others struggle, and I wanted to understand how I could help families who were going through those exhausting nights.

That curiosity grew into a passion.

And eventually, that passion became my work.

Today, I have the privilege of helping other parents find the same sense of peace and confidence around their child's sleep.

Because sometimes, a well-rested child means a whole new family.

    What Well Rested Parents Say

“I wish we had reached out sooner!”

I spent months searching online and trying different approaches, but nothing seemed to fit our child. The biggest difference was having a plan tailored specifically to our family. The support and encouragement helped me stay consistent when things felt difficult. We now have a much better understanding of our child's sleep and feel confident handling future changes.

    “Kind, knowledgeable, and completely non-judgmental.”

I was nervous about working with a sleep consultant because I didn't want a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I felt heard from our very first conversation. We discussed our goals, our parenting style, and what felt comfortable for our family. The recommendations were thoughtful and realistic, and I always felt supported throughout the process.

“For the first time, I felt that someone truly understood my child.”

Sleep had always been complicated for our child, and we had tried so many things without knowing what would actually help. I was worried that a sleep consultant would give us a standard plan that simply wouldn't work for our family.

Instead, you took the time to understand our child's unique needs, our challenges, and what worked best for him. The plan was gentle, flexible, and adapted to him—not the other way around. Most importantly, I never felt judged.

We started with small changes, and slowly we began to see progress. Bedtime became less stressful, our nights became more manageable, and I finally felt hopeful.

Thank you for seeing my child as an individual, not just a sleep problem.
